PortMiami hosted the annual American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) 2016 conference. They decided upon a 1920s art deco themed event much to reflect the infamous architecture of South Beach and give guests a taste of Miami's culture and unique history.

A logo was designed that could easily be reproduced for posters, banners, ads, and multiple marketing materials. The branding reflected the Art Deco theme and stood out from past conference logos in that it communicated an iconic part of not only the boutique Port, but the City in which it resided.
